We are currently looking for sponsors who would be willing to help us reach our monetary goals, and hope we are coming to you with enough time to allow you the opportunity of being a sponsor and spreading the good word about our event.

As a thank-you for your monetary sponsorship, we would like to offer each sponsor the following:

 

• Option #1:  (Advertising Firm Special – ($180.00)   

We will brand your firm’s name on ALL media newspapers, social media announcements, and internet advertising sites from the date of the signed agreement and receipt of monies/ad logo until the August 27, 2017 date of the fundraising event.

 1.   Ella Fitzgerald (Bronze) Sponsorship ($100.00)

• ¼ page Advertising in our JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 event program; and,

• A free JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 teeshirt

 

  2.  Joe Williams (Silver) Sponsorship ($150.00)

• ½ page Advertising in our JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 event program; and,

• A free JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 teeshirt

 

  3.  John Coltrane (Gold) Sponsorship ($300.00)

• 1 full page Advertising in our JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 event program; and,

• A free JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 teeshirt, and event photograph

• Two (2) complementary tickets into the fundraising event (a $60.00 value)

 

  4.  Miles Davis (Platinum) Sponsorship ($750.00)

• Branding of your name on all media newspapers, social media announcements, and internet advertising sites;

• 1 full page Advertising in our JAZZ vs. Cancer event program; and,

• Two (2) VIP tickets into the fundraising event (a $200.00 value), which includes preferential seating, dinner, free event photograph, special goodie bag.

 

  5.  Charlie Parker (Diamond) Sponsorship ($1,000.00)

• Branding of your name on all media newspapers, social media announcements, and internet advertising sites;

• 1 full page Advertising in our JAZZ vs. Cancer event program; and,

• Four (4) VIP tickets into the fundraising event (a $400.00 value), which includes preferential seating, dinner, free event photograph, special goodie bag.

JAZZ vs. Cancer – Round 2 event program.
